Strategy Group on the Future of European Particle Physics

Action Plan (26/8/2005)

The main deliverables from the Preparatory Group to the Strategy Group Meeting in May 2006 will be the Briefing Book, containing all of the information required to define the European Strategy for Particle Physics to be presented to the special meeting of the CERN Council, and the programme for the Strategy Group Meeting.

The Preparatory Group intends to work in an open manner, and to make available its material through the Strategy Group web site. This will also be used to enable the community to submit contributions, and solicit comments, to be considered by the Preparatory Group in preparing the Briefing Book.

The action plan for the work of the Preparatory Group between its creation at the meeting of the CERN Council in September 2005 and the Strategy Group Meeting in May 2006 is given below. The Preparatory Group will meet approximately monthly between October 2005 and April 2006.
